GRA and one of it's sister companies were to
combine video with my illustration to present a film that would teach and inform
the lay-person as to which actions to take should they see victims on the roadside--
How they can help. The plan for the illustration; to serve as an intro and/or
as a last frame to the featured video, and generally used to compliment &
supplement the video stills to vary the look. (Scroll down for more view.)
